My 6 y.o. daughter had a nice haircut by Chris, he was very thorough and even curled her hair in the end, she was very pleased with her style.

A mixed bag. Staff/salon are nice, hair cut (just a trim) was all good and the blending on the balayage is mostly okay but (as mentioned at the time and having now had a good look at home) - my request for ash-y tones has left with me white/grey hair at the ends. I have had my hair done many times so I know that the ends go lighter when there is colour already on them (their comment when I brought it up), but this is far lighter than anything I have ever had before and not what I wanted. I had said I didn’t want a toner, which I believe to be the cause as it was left on quite long and my hair dresser was told ‘quick wash it out’ when it was checked, but was told it was necessary to get the ashy colour. Would absolutely rather have had warm blonde than this. Quite disappointing that my concerns were not listened to and I was told ‘it’s a lovely colour’, rather than offered any rectification.
