Vinny was a delight and he recommended not to do the toner I booked but said a good treatment would be better. I did have to pay an additional 20 pounds but was happy with the conditioner he used .

Very disappointed with this overall experience. Good cut and blow dry. As I was leaving the man asked me to pay 40£. I explained I paid online. He then said he was more than an average cut and blow dry so I had to pay the excess. I stated I didn’t choose him, I chose the basic option. I would have appreciated being told of the excess before he started doing my hair and not after. He then asked for 30£ which I felt I had to pay.
