The woman tried to charge me £20 extra first saying the “wash isn’t included in the blow dry” (which I was already paying £60 for) and then that “I got a blow dry from a senior stylist rather than a junior one”. Should just get what I’m paying for, it’s not like £60 is cheap for a blow dry. Get a blow dry for £60 from a senior director at the Paul Edmonds near Harrods and spare yourself the mockery
