Hello so I booked in with vinny for a full head of highlights cut and blow dry. I was in he’s salon for 5 and a half hours getting this done which was abit worrying. I asked for my roots to be bleached and my roots were not touched, my hair after visiting vinnys salon was awful and looked like it hadn’t been coloured at all/ very unhappy with this as Vinny said he didn’t do refunds so now have to pay someone else to colour correct my hair. Awful experience.
