I was early for my appointment but I didn't need to wait at all! The lady was quick to see me, and was very professional. Threading for the first time hurts, but she was very patient and the basement room was scented and relaxing, and for the offer of £8 on Wahanda I couldn't ask for more.

Really felt un-welcome and came away after an un-enjoyable experience with a hairstyle I didn't ask for.
I wasn't listened to and was made to feel inferior as I was using a wahanda deal.
Not a pleasant experience.

This was my second massage here but I was met by completely different people which made me think they had changed owners. Massage therapist didn't speak much English but I managed to tell her that I wanted a 30 minute back and shoulder massage. I'm very used to massages and this was not deep tissue, she spent the whole time sliding her hands up and down my back and arms. I was waiting for her to get started with the real massage but it never happened. They also tried to charge me £5 more than agreed and I had to show them the confirmation email from Wahanda before they believed me. I was not impressed.

Pretty great massage. I had to wait about 15 minutes, but they provided me with some yummy mint tea during the wait which made it a bit better.
