Had an absolutely wonderful experience in Vinokurov Studio. Staff were kind and polite and my hair was done beautifully. My eyebrows haven't looked that good in months!! An excellent experience and perfect way to start my wedding day. Couldn't have been happier! Thank you to all the lovely staff! X M

Apalling service. Beautician was running late - 20 mins - and went out for a fag. Therefore smelled of smoke. Was half an hour late in the end. Quite painful experience as glue was not dry when I had to run out of the salon as was late for a meeting.
