Superb ambience, great service (this time I did eyebrows) and even delicious coffee:)
The salon had a wonderful vibe and nice staff however I've never had a waxing experience that bad ever! The wax only was effective in taking off a layer of skin and I'm now left with red and peeling patches over my arms. What also normally only takes 20minutes was almost an hour. I appreciated how apologetic the girl was in acknowledging how awful it was and offered half off a blow dry but considering that this is a premium salon with prices to match, I was very upset with the treatment received.
