It was a first time I used this salon and I have awarded five star for a cut and blow dry.Anka was fantastic
The girl who did my waxing was very good and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and was easy to chit chat with. I appreciated that she didn't rush, really took her time and was always concerned that I wasn't in pain or discomfort.
The waxing itself was a very good. However, my first appoint was suppose to be at 9am, and when I went they were closed. It turns out treatwell was showing the wrong booking times as they only open from 10am. Although I did receive a phone call saying they could fit me anytime during that day, there was no real apology for the inconvenience. I feel I should have received some sort of discount or extra treatment for the inconvenience, since due to work I had to delay the appoint for a few more days then planned.
Loved my haircut and blowdry by Michael. Even though I got worried midway as the cut was getting shorter than I wanted, I walked out fully happy with my hair, and received lots of compliments. Made my day!
