Really nervous but was immediately put to ease. Lovely staff, knowledgeable and great customer service. Treatment technique was as pain free as possible. Have rebooked.

I didn’t need to get a patch test because I was only getting my hair lightened. I had the consultation prior to getting my hair done on the same day. I wanted subtle balayage which is what I received. However, I wanted warm toned balayage rather than cool toned which is what I ended up having. I wasn’t asked or told that this is what I would be receiving but it was a quick service for a balayage which I appreciated. Overall worth the price and effort.
