Firstly, the towels were so small like hand towels. So had to use multiple towels. Had to remind the therapist to cover me for any parts of the body that she is not massaging. When the massage finished, the therapist turned on all the lights, which were like high beam and straight on top of your head,and said there is no option for her to dim them, so fairly disappointing experience overall!
