Cat was very helpful and informative. Also, the woman at the front who i spoke to by the till, very informative and gave me many tips and advice.
Kat - my therapist - really nailed it. Worked with me to help me rid my back of knots and even though it was firm, she always checked in with me. End result. I'm sore but less knotted. Happy to go back for a second go in a couple of weeks.
Another fantastic treatment with Cat at VIP rooms. I'm on my second Environ Cool Peel and am really seeing the difference - my skin tone is massively improved and overall my skin looks brighter and clearer with none of the nasty sensations of a normal peel! Highly recommended.
