This was a great experience for what is usually a very painful treatment! The staff were excellent and so friendly. I was early for my appointment so was treated to a cup of coffee and a nice sit down. The waxing itself was very quick and not nearly as painful as I have experienced in the past. The beautician was polite, friendly and very professional.
Amazing Swedish back, neck and shoulders massage. Very professional and intuitive staff who put you straight at ease. Will definitely visit again soon.
Great massage and facial! Cat was wonderful and really professional. She gave me a lot of advice for my skin. This was the best massage I've had in a long time even though I was a bit sore the next day.
I would highly recommend VIP Rooms!
