I not sure where to start. My hair is a lot shorter on one side compared to the other. It looks nothing like what in asked for and there is no way of rectifying this without getting my hair cut extremely short. The VIP barber is attached to the Salon and the language used was appalling.

Unfortunately my usual stylist was no longer working at the salon but nonetheless the girls looked after me and I was super pleased with my new hair colour and style. This is a great salon, with pleasant professional staff who are extremely talented at what they do. Was a bit unsure of exactly what colour I was looking for but the girls put me at ease and gave lots of suggestions and recommendations. The result was even nicer than I’d pictured. Very happy customer.
