Pauline is always so lovely and able to out me at ease. I don’t particularly like needles but somehow manages to keep me calm and distracts me from the process.

I had my 1st appointment with Pauline for Botox and was very happy with the whole experience. I found Pauline to be professional & warm & friendly which put me at ease immediately. It's clear to me she is not only passionate and dedicated but also very knowledgable and above all very honest - def not the sort who will just do whatever you ask. She explained thoroughly why certain procedures would not be v beneficial for me (after I enquired about certain fillers etc); Highly recommend.
