Pauline has a vast knowledge about all processes and explains them very well. Brilliant at massaging, facial work and laser hair removal. Pauline makes you feel comfortable, which is a big thing for me, being a male. She will go above an beyond to help you or fit you into her busy schedule, which says a lot about her and gives fantastic advice. Such a lovely Woman, always cheery, chats away and makes you look forward to your next booking. 10/10

I had my 1st carbon facial today by Pauline she was so nice she put me at ease instantly explaining everything step by step, what to expect , taking about products to use and aftercare. The clinic was spotless and the treatment went quickly chatting away to Pauline I will definitely be back and if you are thinking about booking in for anything just do it A+++

This was my first time getting a vampire facial, it was painless and Pauline explained every single detail of what was happening and why, What aftercare I should apply and what not to do. Any questions Pauline is always more than happy to explain things and chat away. Her massages are always very good and you leave feeling relaxed, Any of the vitamin jags I have had are painless too. Such a great experience from a professional, lovely person who is down to earth and always very cheerful, which makes such a difference being a male coming for said service’s because you feel comfortable in Pauline’s hands. I genuinely cannot praise her enough 10/10

Wouldn't let anyone else bar Pauline to do my lips. Had them done in June and top up on Saturday was great and she spoke me through the treatment. First class for them anyone looking to get them done book in with pauline
