First of all the welcome was excellent establishing a great background to see how to achieve the best results for me.
Massage
One of best I have had a strong tension/ deep tissue massage, but never uncomfortable, really surprising for myself, no bruising or recovery time, great relief.
Micro needling
Again amazing always checking I was comfortable and able to use a high needle depth on a needle phobIa client.

Been getting treatments with Pauline for about 5 weeks now & I am so happy with results. Will post some pictures of when I am finished. Pauline is amazing & really knows her stuff. First fat procedure I’ve had that actually works.!
