I had my 1st appointment with Pauline for Botox and was very happy with the whole experience. I found Pauline to be professional & warm & friendly which put me at ease immediately. It's clear to me she is not only passionate and dedicated but also very knowledgable and above all very honest - def not the sort who will just do whatever you ask. She explained thoroughly why certain procedures would not be v beneficial for me (after I enquired about certain fillers etc); Highly recommend.

First microneedling session in about a decade, Pauline was super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Chatted the whole way through it which defos made the time go quicker and the pain less. Can't wait to see the results and will book in again. Thank you so much! ✨💜
