Pauline was so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does! This was my first time but she made me feel comfortable right away and was very easy to chat with the full appointment. I have already seen a big difference in the appearance of acne scars on my skin from the microneedling. Really happy with the results. I will definitely be back!! Thanks Pauline x

I always go to Pauline for my B12 injection. I really love how professional and friendly she is. Pauline is really knowledgeable and that helps to put you at ease when going for any treatments. Would definitely recommend the VIP salon and Pauline to everyone!

I have known Pauline got 15 years but lost contact over the years. She is the same bubbly person I knew back then, this was my second treatment and first time getting a vampire facial, she is a credit to herself and her knowledge and experience she has gained over the years is incredible.
