Unfortunately the make up artist booked didn’t arrive in time and so another member of staff had to do my make up, otherwise there was a wait of 30 mins between hair and makeup. Chap doing my hair said he couldn’t put it up as was too short- shoulder length hair and curls fell out later that day.
I felt desperately sorry for the staff- especially the girl on the front desk - who ended up doing my make up- as she tried so hard and kept apologising. Had a feeling she was left to handle a lot in one day and it came across disorganised. Wasn’t v relaxing.
