My fingernails were so overly filed that they are painful and badly damaged. The woman just kept filing without paying any attention to what she was doing, more than once I pulled my hand away but the damage is done. Actually very angry it will take months for my nails to recover. I understand the service is cheap but I don't expect to get injured. Avoid. *Edit* This should have been a 1 star review - due to technical limitations it can not be updated and so to clarify, this should have been 1 star.

every nail is formed differently, the polish is uneven, the lady filed so much my nails actually hurt right now. I can't believe I paid for this. never coming back
