Staff are rude and unprofessional, my cut and blow dry was a rushed job. Really would not recommend.

I found the entire experience extremely unprofessional. I booked a 10am appointment for t bar colour. haircut and blow dry. I rang the salon before I booked to explain that I needed to leave for work before 12pm and I was assured my appointment would be finished before then.
The stylist arrived 10 minutes late that morning. I reminded her I needed to leave before 12pm for work and she told me I would be finished before then. I felt stressed throughout as she didn’t stop talking to the other members of staff and seemed more focused on chatting to the girl she was training than my hair. At around 20 to 12 my hair had just been washed so didn’t have time to cut or blow dry. I left the salon with damp hair and was told I could come back for a blow dry but as they closed at 5pm I wasn’t able to go as I was working until 7. I rang back to try and rearrange my appointment and I was told I would be charged for any further treatment. The stylist was rude on the phone and indicated it was my own fault as I should have known the appointment would run over 2 hours - even though I was told before and during by two staff members including her that it wouldn’t run over! The colour of the hair was fine, however some of the hairs around my face have been left leaving my hair to still have roots which are especially visible when I tie it up. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the experience and I wouldn’t recommend the salon to anyone! A complete waste of time and money

A wonderful service !!! Got last min appointment which they were unable to do but were quickly able to reschedule suiting my needs.
The hair cut and blow dry was amazing and just what I wanted. Loved the bouncy blow dry.
Great value for money !!
