The experience was fine but initially i had an appointment and they rescheduled it that day. I had to wait until another day that fit for both sides. I would much rather to have booked somewhere else if i knew in advanced that there was a mistake in the web and they were closing early that day.

I love my tape extensions and usually very happy with my colour, just this time they didn’t get close enough to my roots as I still have a bit of a root. Wouldn’t put me off going back though
