Amy was late to my appointment about ten minutes I was on tight schedule that morning had christening makeup was all scattered in few drawers makeup brushes were not cleaned or orderly then she said she learned how to do makeup on ticktock how she prefers to do extensions not makeup appointment was to last 50 mins but took 20 mins didn't ask what colour lipstick didn't listen to me what makeup I wanted it was rushed job sorry to say girl did not have enoff experience was not done professionally

Had tape in extensions for my fine curly hair by vip, and went back for a birthday blow dry! Both great experiences and still loving my extensions a month later

Everyone was so lovely and kind. They made sure I loved my long bob and were so nice. It was my first time getting my hair done, especially because I have curly hair and I worry about people handling it well, but they were so accommodating! I will be back!
