had an appointment booked in here for 9.30 this morning for an eyebrow wax. I paid online and travelled 20 minutes to the shop. The shop wasn't open and I had to after hanging around for 15 minutes as I had a hair appointment. I would like a refund as I paid and received no service and was extremely inconvenienced!

I was greated as soon as I entered the door and taken to get my hair done straight away. unfortunately I did not get the girls name however she listened to what I wanted and gave it to me. Next I was shown over to the make up area where Erin worked her magic. Erin was also fab changing my eyebrows to how I wanted them as i felt that they were too dark for me. Everyone complemented me on both my hair and makeup all day. I would definately recommend the salon.
