Lovely salon and the girls are lovely, appointment was for 4.10pm, got took at 5pm as they were running late with only one hair dresser and one make up artist working on a bank holiday Sunday with double bookings happening. The girls were absolutely lovely and couldn’t apologise more but it wasn’t there fault at all. Blow dry was lovely and my curls lasted the full night

Sadly, had to wait 45mins after my appointment time to be seen.
Left for 35mins before anyone came over and explained the situation.

This was my first time visiting VIP Salon and can I say, it definitely won’t be my last. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved my hair and make up! The team did a fantastic job, I was getting compliments all day. Thank you for making it a great experience xx
