1st time at the salon. Had my makeup done which was perfect and the girl was nice and friendly. Also got a blowdry and despite waiting a while and feeling a bit rushed the end result was great and would definitely go back again 😀

Had to come home and fix parts of my makeup when I got home realised that mascara wasn't even applied.

Staff were nice but room was dirty . Beauty therapist took me in when another client was still there and then started cleaning up .Another therapist came in and took over . The owners son kept opening the door and therapists kept opening the door of the treatment room , when I was on the couch getting waxed . The mess she made of my groin is dreadful . Skin looks burnt, red and bruised - very painful . So not a very happy experience overall
