Waited an hour before I seen for my blow dry to then sit in the chair for half an hour with wet hair. Disorganised chaos no allocated hairdresser to clients. People who arrived after me had been taken before me

My hair looked fabulous after Derek did his magic on Tuesday! He was rushed off his feet but made the time to see to each customer even though they were so short staffed! A true professional! Will definitely be back!

booked in for an 1130 appointment and arrived on time but was standing for a good 5 minutes before I was acknowledged by a pleasant member of staff who asked me to take a seat, so I waited about another 10 minutes before I was told to go into this dank closet where they wash clients' hair where I was followed by a junior, seemingly mute, member of staff who shampooed me delicately with cold water. 20 minutes late, the haircut begins. I described very clearly to shave it to a grade 1 all the way up the back and sides and trim it slightly at the top. it's a fairly standard haircut, been getting it most of my life but the hairdresser took it upon himself to opt for a fade so shaved maybe an inch and then tried to blend it with scissors leaving me with ridiculous blots of hair. in hindsight I should have stayed and gave this feedback directly but between the thumping techno beats and my stylist screeching Christmas songs in my ear I decided to cut my losses and find another place to finish the haircut they were seemingly incapable of providing.
