The staff were quite rude. They were 20 minutes late for my appointment without anyone coming by to inform me that they were running late or give any idea how long it would be. The person cutting my hair didn’t seem overly interested in finding out exactly what I wanted done with my hair. Did leave with a good haircut though.

Lovely salon and the girls are lovely, appointment was for 4.10pm, got took at 5pm as they were running late with only one hair dresser and one make up artist working on a bank holiday Sunday with double bookings happening. The girls were absolutely lovely and couldn’t apologise more but it wasn’t there fault at all. Blow dry was lovely and my curls lasted the full night

Sadly, had to wait 45mins after my appointment time to be seen.
Left for 35mins before anyone came over and explained the situation.
