Had to wait for over an hour however they explained that they were understaffed which l totally understood, they also gave me one of their glasses to say sorry which l really appreciated thanks so much. I ended up having my makeup done also to save me time at home thank you Shawnee (not sure of spelling) apologies if wrong xx

Apart from the fact that it was very noisy in the salon I can’t fault my experience. I had to wait a little bit but was fully attended to being asked if I wanted tea and coffee and made very comfortable during my wait. Nail technician was lovely she knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. It was definitely a lively place with very friendly staff.
