The salon was very busy as it was NYE, they were running late so offered us a glass of wine whilst waiting which was a nice touch. They washed my friends hair and left her waiting for an hour so it dried naturally before the blow dry. I had a blow dry with curls pinned up and then waited an hour for my friend to be done. Unfortunately a slow and poor service due to the busy NYE. Would recommend on a normal weekend, our hair wasn't great because it was rushed and then dropped but I would return on a normal day.

1st visit ever to VIP. Staff are lovely & friendly. Really happy with the hairstyle and treatment I had. Salon was clean Bright&has a nice feel to it.
Will definitely go back again.

Waited an hour before I seen for my blow dry to then sit in the chair for half an hour with wet hair. Disorganised chaos no allocated hairdresser to clients. People who arrived after me had been taken before me
