Lovely place - all staff very friendly. Had brows done and very happy with them - liked how she asked what I wanted and also advised what she thought would be good. Happy returning customer :)

This was my first time at VIP. I'd had an awful morning, and the girls made an extra special effort to cheer me up and were so attentive. Not only that, but I love the outcome, best haircut and colour that I've had in years!!
