Had hair and make up done for a wedding in April. Staff made me feel very welcome on arrival. Appointment on time. As I don’t normally wear make up MUA talked me through each stage and asked at each stage if I was happy with coverage, which made me feel very much at ease. Kris done my hair and styled as per a picture I had shown him and added a wedding comb I had brought with me. Felt amazing after treatments. Manager very attentive and even gifted me a bottle of Prosecco on leaving.

Lovely haircut and bayalage colour. Staff are so friendly. Shaunie is amazing… sweet and friendly and very skilled at what she does.

Had a great experience at VIP salon, was greeted by a lovely member of staff at the front desk and then showed to where I was going to get my HD brows done. Natalia was lovely and my brows are looking amazing - can’t wait to return
