First time using the salon 💇♀️ definitely not be my last 👍🏼 Am not very stable on my feet at the moment and from the moment I walked into the salon Janice and Lisa made me feel very welcome 🤗 I even got to meet the “COMMUNITY CAT 🐈⬛ “ so funny 😆.. definitely recommend a wee visit if your thinking about it, you won’t regret it.

The salon was running behind when I arrived and my Gran's appointment which was 5 mins after mine was double booked and she ended up having an extremely unpleasant experience with Lisa. My experience with Rebecca was great however, I love my hair and she was super pleasant and made me feel at ease. Lindsay (sorry if I've spelled your name wrong) was also lovely and made sure that I was comfortable even though I had to wait long past my appointment time. Thanks girls 🥰

When I arrived it was clear that I had been double booked even though I had prepaid and the stylist I booked (Janice) would not be able to see me. In the end I was squeezed in by another stylist (Lisa?) who was clearly rushing my hair as she had another client with foils in sitting waiting on her. She barely cut my hair and didn't put in any mousse or hairspray so it was ruined straight away. When I asked her to cut my hair shorter she was volatile and made me feel uncomfortable, very upsetting.

Another great experience at vip with Janice. All the girls are friendly and welcoming. A ladies haircut and blowdry and child's haircut and blow-dry. We came away very happy!
