Its never too crowded and the team are very good at scheduling so there are no waiting times.

When booking I do always opt to 'select your technician' and picking Ellie.
She is attentive, remembers small (but important) details about how I like my nails done, takes her time and always gives me an excellent manicure.
There is no banal, irrelevant chat, simply a great experience and service.
The staff in Virgo are always so welcoming and friendly.
