I have been charged more than how it was written on the website. I have booked an appointment through the website saying that I should have just paid £6 at the shop. Once I went to the shop at the time of paying the lady told me that it was £10 and not £6.

The beautician was very professional and listened to my concerns about not wanting my eyebrows too thin and did a wonderful job in tidying them up. She was quick and the threading was almost painless.

My haircut was really professional, and stylist was personable and friendly. Staff weren't expecting me due to a busy previous day and not having time to check bookings, so I was left waiting for a while, but nothing too extreme. Would return nevertheless.
Ladies' Haircuts
Very nice friendly staff but the salon itself is quite loud with constant advertisements playing on a loud television, would prefer something more relaxing, the treatment room was fine. Not the staff's fault I'm sure and totally fine if you're not there long.
