Highly unprofessional. Appointment was booked for 10am but didn’t get started until 10:20am as the therapist was not ready, even though I was the first client of the day - I’ve now got a parking ticket because of it.
Wax way too hot. Even after telling the therapist, she continued to apply the wax.
There wasn’t a warm welcome and wasn’t made to feel comfortable.
Therapist didn’t wear gloves… lack of hygiene. Kept dipping the same application stick in the wax.
Left feeling very sore with some hair still visible. Unable to now use toilet without it stinging which is something I have never had to experience in the years I’ve been waxing.
I will not be returning.

went to visit virtue a few days ago regarding some issues i was having with my back, they explained all the different treatments and which would be best for me. i decided on the deep tissue massage and it was amazing, i would definitely recommend to my friends and family and i would definitely book again. the salon is so clean and posh and the environment is so welcoming.

Just had my eyebrows tinted here yesterday at Virtue and i am so pleased with the results, my eyebrows have been transformed!! I have had them done at other places before but they have never turned out this good before, i am so happy with my result.
The ladies were all so lovely and welcoming and the salon looks gorgeous inside, i can't wait to get them done again and try different treatments. :D x

I recently visited Virtue for the first time for a conditioning treatment, as I have visited other salons in the past regarding my hair and I have not received the result I had wished for. However, when I first visited Virtue I was welcomed straight away and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.
I explained to them what I was looking for and they were very helpful towards me and they explained all the benefits of the treatment.
The salon was completely spotless and the décor is so bright and beautiful, I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone. Looking forward to my next appointment.
