The staff was very frendly. We was offered a drink and was very polite. Would recommend to a friend as was great value for what I wanted and turned out how I wanted my nail to look like. It was also very clean.

Overall, my first experience was really good. My only niggle, was the member of staff present when I entered never acknowledged me or asked me to sit down or anything. I realise she was with a customer but she just looked up and carried on what she was doing. I felt a bit awkward as I just stood there until Jamie Leigh came and spoke to me- she was really lovely.
