Lady was quite standoffish didn't really smile at first making me quite tense did warm up to her but she rushed through it. When the soreness calmed down looked properly and realised most of my hair was still on, not sure what she was waxing? as she managed to miss all of it... also left me with a rash as if id shaved but did give me after wax cream though so I guess thats a positive. Must of been in a bad mood but you shouldn't take it out on customers,wouldnt go back.
