Lovely staff accommodate a time change for my appointment. Both very knowledgeable and gave me advice. Will definitely be returning to visage. Made me feel fab for my anniversary night out. Thank you girls xx

I booked a last minute appointment as I jd been let down from a previous beautician, I took half a day off work as I was desperate to get them done as I was going to a wedding. When I arrived I was told that the lady doing my lashes wasn’t in today due to person problems ( the lady in the salon did tell me why) which I am sorry to hear, she then went on to tell me that I was supposed to have been notified of the cancellation and maybe the beautician didn’t have signal. A text would of done!

It’s a disgrace! I paid for my treatment and Lauren cancelled and is now avoiding my calls and emails. I am unable to get my refund or reschedule my appointment!

I came in today for a last minute appointment and I was welcomed at the door. Both the girls working there at the time of my appointment where so welcoming and friendly. Hannah who fitted me extensions was lovely and fitted them perfectly, seeming as I had such short hair she managed to blend in my hair very well. I’d definitely be going back x
