I reconfirmed my hair appointment the day before & was advised it would take 45 mins. On arrival she'd accepted a customer before me who booked incorrectly, meaning she was 15 mins late before my appointment started. It then meant she was divided between cutting my hair and doing the other lady's foils. She was stressed and cut my layers all different lengths. After 1hr 15 I had to ask her to come finish my hair from another room. She repeatedly apologised but I was late for a wedding. Terrible.

Booked for a Monday as salon says it’s open Monday - accepted my booking- turned up and place was shut. Lost a potential regular there.

First time here, and I was greeted with a warm welcome. Lauren did my lashes just as I like them, and I felt comfortable throughout my treatment. Can highly recommend and I’ve already booked in for my infills, great friendly salon.
