Received a text message to ask if my appointment could be earlier, I agreed & got no response. Went to the shop at my appointment time & it was closed. Rang the shop & the mobile number that text me with no answer. Second time this has happened now.

The staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel special. My stylist Sarah done a great job on my hair, cannot praise this salon and it’s staff enough
When I arrived I was invited to sit by Sarah who introduced herself to me. She asked me what style I wanted & after few words spoken she absolutely understood my style. Hannah the other stylist asked if I wanted a hot drink. They are extremely friendly. I felt totally at ease throughout my visit. I left with the hair style I wished for. Thanks Sarah. Will definitely be seeing you again. X
