Booked appointment for classic lashes, I had confirmation for my appointment by text and got another message to check I am still coming to which I replied saying yes and got a reply with the shop address. When I got to the shop it was closed , called the number that text me and no answer also called the shop number with no answer. My appointment did not go ahead and this was very unprofessional.
