No accommodation at all, booked this appointment last minute on the day, paid upfront, one hour before appointment. I was running 10 minutes late & I rang the salon and they said ok that’s fine as the beauty therapist was still finishing off, I was then told the appointment was cancelled, I said I’ll reschedule for the 16:45 paid once again, as it was available on the app, I was told she was fully booked, awful customer service!!
