Turned up for an appointment and after waiting 20 minutes was told the owner had changed my appointment to an hour later without tell me and also they had no wax to do my eyebrow wax and tint with no apology what so ever. I then waited a further 50 minutes for them to fit me in, the hairdresser was lovely and apologetic for something that was obviously not her fault. Then had my lashes infilled which when I came out I noticed that some of the lashes were the wrong way and some stuck to my bottom lashes. Later when doing my makeup about 7 lashes fell out and they are overall very poor! Really poor experience and bad attitude on behalf of the beauty therapist who changed my appointment and didn’t have the courtesy to tell me and then no one apologised for this! Would not return here again!
