It was unfortunate that I had to wait 15 mins even though I had arrived on time for my appointment and also unfortunate that I was asked to pay an extra £5 on top of the quoted price when paying - assured this was a misunderstanding? Pedicure was also only 50 mins and not the 60 advertised, perhaps trying to make up time for the next customer... hmmm? probably won't go back
