I am coming here not the first time and each time my hair treatment are done by some new trainee assistant who doesn't know how to do Olaplex treatment correctly even if I specifically booked with professional hairstylist. A new person did Olaplex tratment on unwashed dry hair. How can you not wash it before treatment, when my hair has product buildup such as oils or dirt & dust. There was zero effect from this treatment and just waste of money. Will never go here again, don't recommend it.
