I have really bad anxiety so I booked in with Ellie specifically because of the great reviews. I was quite nervous so I prepared for the app and showed her what I wanted (this was my first ever nail app!) Instead of explaining the differences - which would have been helpful - she harshly said 'I don't do that'.
