The washing facilities is the most comfortable experience I have ever had - no pain or discomfort on my neck. The guy was very thorough and always checked if pressure & temperature was okay. I had Kate for my cut - she listened to what I said and did a fantastic job. Will definitely come back again.

Blow Dry
I'm always a bit nervous trying a new salon but I'm pleased to say I had a positive experience at Visage.
My hair had received way too much bleach from my previous hairdresser and so I needed highlights that would make it look a lot more natural. My hairdresser Yu really took the time to listen to me and talk through the options and made recommendations on which colours to use. I'm really pleased with my natural looking highlights and the cut.
When I came to pay it was a bit more expensive than I'd expected as my hair was longer than shoulder length and I had two colours put through so I suggested I pay £10 extra instead of £20 extra which the manager agreed to. So all in I paid £85 for a half head of highlights, cut and blow dry which I felt was a good deal for a quality job. I'd recommend this salon. (they also have the most comfortable chairs/wash basins for washing hair that I've ever experienced).

Mixed up my appointment as the other employee didn't pass the booking information, double boooking, took ages to find and decided what to do - asked me to wait until the other customer finished cutting even though I arrived first! Not impressed with that and didn't feel much of apology from them and certainly no discount has been offered.
However the haidresser did take time to listen and cut my hair and I am happy with the styling.
