Beware of extra charges! On two occasions, Sammi has charged me extra despite booking and paying via Treatwell before my appointment. I have been given all sorts of reasons for the extra charges and it is clear that the salon is looking to make extra money. I was told that they don't like Treatwell bookings and Salang admitted that he hasn't had the time to increase the prices on Treatwell (to match the website) so any extra charges at the salon are justified. Completely unfair & unjust.

I do not have any negative experience. Only downside is I was charged an additional £5 for blow dry even though I did not wash. The reason provided was it was not straight to see where to cut. No one has ever said this to me in the past. The quality and skill was excellent so would definitely recommend Sam
