Got a lovely haircut but didn’t like the vibes at all. Paid for a ‘long hair’ cut but told only at the end I needed to pay extra because my hair was ‘extra thick’ and that I had paid for a medium cut which wasn’t true. Ruined the experience really. The extra charge should have been mentioned before cutting hair and then I really wouldn’t have had an issue (although my hair is just thick - it’s hardly ‘extra thick’ and it wasn’t ‘extra long’). All a very subjective way to get more money really.
