Lilly always cuts my hair well. However this is the second time now I’ve paid more than it states on Treatwell. Treatwell states: wash cut and blow dry long hair 1 hour £60; Extra long hair or thick hair 1 hour 15 mins £65. I’m aware time is money. My hair doesn’t even take 50 mins. Lilly started my hair at 10.40am as she was running late. I was back at the Debenhams car park by 11.30am and I was charged £65.
