The colour was good (Ozge). The haircut wasn't (someone else). As I had a curly blow-dry I couldn't see till later when my hair straightened out that the length was not equal and clearly visible. Also got an unwanted awkward fringe. I asked for just a little bit under my face but ended up cutting it shorter. Honestly, for the amount of money I paid I would've expected to get what I had asked for. She was kind enough to fixed the length for free. But I'm not happy for the time and money spent.

Seema was lovely, and the massage was fantastic, asking me if pressure was ok and checking I was happy & comfortable, would recommend a full massage
