Ozge did an amazing haircut, stylish...easy to maintain and just what I wanted! + she was attentive and understood my needs, + suggested options on which style would work and NOT work for me, which is crucial + was patient with my hair as it’s long, thick and silky + no useless small talk to engage, just basic courtesy and then got on with cutting hair + nice music playing in the background
